Role: Assembly Line Designer – Bots Building Bots
Design the factory that builds itself.
We’re building a factory where humanoids participate in their own assembly. Welcome to Generation 1.
Your mission
Design modular production cells for actuator, torso, and sensor integration
Simulate assembly line flows for different batch sizes
Introduce early automation tools and robotics arms
Co-design fixtures, jigs, and alignment tools for 0.1mm repeatability
Plan the transition to partial humanoid-driven co-assembly
An industrial engineer, mechanical architect, or factory philosopher
Experienced in automotive, aerospace, or advanced hardware production
Obsessed with DfA, lean flows, takt time, and assembly line choreography
Create the first scalable assembly line for humanoid robots—blending human finesse, robotic precision, and early-stage humanoid co-workers.
